What is not allowed at the event?
Grilling, Outside alcohol, Tents, Disruptive behavior, Unsafe/Illegal driving, Any kind of open flame, Burnouts (coming or leaving the events)
Event staff reserve the right to ask you to leave should any rules or laws be violated.
Will there be food or drinks for purchase?
Yes! Downtown Delaware offers an array of cafes, restaurants, breweries, bars, and more! Check out this Downtown Directory! Plus, there is a DORA, so you can visit a downtown brewery or bar and get your drink to walk through the show or hang out at your car.
Are there restrooms?
Yes, Handicap restroom is available at 1 S. Sandusky Street, and restrooms are also available and Spring and W. Winter off of Sandusky.
Will there be vendors?
Yes. We encourage you to visit our sponsor/vendor booths as well as the Delaware Farmer’s market open 9AM-12PM.
If you’re interested in becoming a vendor, we do not allow any food or beverage vendors as we encourage guests to enjoy the Farmer’s Market and Downtown Businesses. If you are an automobile needs business, nostalgia business, or something that fits with a car show crowd, email us and let’s talk!
What are the event hours?
The event opens to the public at 9 AM and ends at 3 PM.
All car show participants, check-in and registration open at 7AM and will need to be on the field no later than 11 AM, but spots are first come first served. Early arrival is best!

How much is vehicle registration?
Registration is $25 per vehicle if you pre-register and $40 the day of the show. Preregistration is open until the Thursday before the event at 5PM.
Spectators are FREE!
What types of cars do you accept?
All makes, models, and years are welcome, plus motorcycles, busses, and beyond. This is a fun show! We give over 100 awards and have awards special for motorcycles and late model vehicles.

I can't make it anymore, what are my options?
If you can no longer attend the show, you can transfer your registration to another individual. Since this is a fundraising event for IMPACT60, refunds will not be given.
Please email us to transfer your registration.
What’s the weather policy?
This show is rain, snow, or shine! We will only cancel for unsafe conditions like thunder, lightning, and ice. Announcements about weather will be made on our website homepage, via email, and on our facebook page.
When does vehicle registration close?
Pre-Registration will remain open until the maximum number of vehicles is reached (500 cars) or the Thursday before the show at 5PM, whichever comes first at the $25 discount price. Once pre-registration is closed, vehicle registration will be marked as "sold out" if maximum capacity is reached, or we will indicate that you can register day-of on site starting at 7AM for $40.
Is there trailer parking?
Yes! Trailer Parking is at Delaware County Courthouse, 117 N. Union Street

What time can car show participants leave?
For the safety of the public, we ask that you stay until the event ends at 3:00 pm.
Is there spectator parking?
Yes, Downtown Delaware Public Parking lots will be available. Check out this parking map!
